1. Agreement to Rules: By making a purchase during the Promotion Period (defined below), you (“You” or “Your”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms + Conditions (the “Rules”), as established by Goodr LLC (“goodr”).  You represent and warrant that You meet any eligibility requirements herein.

• • Promotion Period: The goodr 2025 Victoria Day Promotion (“Promotion”) begins on May 16, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. PST and ends on May 19, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. PST (“Promotion Period”).

  • Receive $5 CAD off Eligible Items (defined below) purchased on goodr.ca.

3. Exclusions:

• • Combining Discounts: Promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, and/or shipping offers (except for goodr’s free standard shipping offer on purchases of more than $80 CAD).
    
    

4. Order Fulfillment: goodr reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud; suspected unauthorized resale; and/or any other reason deemed necessary by goodr.
   
   

5. Returns & Exchanges: All returns or exchanges for items purchased during the Promotion will be subject to goodr’s standard return policy.
   
   

6. Out of Stock Items: Promotion is valid only on in-stock items during the Promotion Period. goodr does not guarantee inventory availability.
