B-day Party Perks Promotion Terms + Conditions

  1. Agreement to Rules: By making a purchase during the Promotion Period (defined below), you (“You” or “Your”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms + Conditions (the “Rules”), as established by Goodr LLC (“goodr”).  You represent and warrant that You meet any eligibility requirements herein. 

  2. Promotion Details: 

    • Promotion Period: The goodr B-day Party Perks Promotion (“Promotion”) begins on March 14, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. PST and end on March 16, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PST (“Promotion Period”).

    • Discount: Automatically (without a promo code) receive a 20% discount storewide, subject to exclusions. The final discounted price and total amount payable will be confirmed in your shopping cart prior to checkout. goodr makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on its website. However, goodr does not warrant that product descriptions, prices, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. goodr reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, technical error, or any other reason.

    • Combining Discounts: Promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, and/or shipping offers.

  1. Order Fulfillment: goodr reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud; suspected unauthorized resale; and/or any other reason deemed necessary by goodr.

  2. Returns & Exchanges: All returns or exchanges for items purchased during the Promotion will be subject to goodr’s standard return policy.

  3. Out of Stock Items: Promotion is valid only on in-stock items during the Promotion Period. goodr does not guarantee inventory availability.
