B-day Party Perks Promotion Terms + Conditions (Canada)

 

  1. Agreement to Rules: By making a purchase during the Promotion Period (defined below), you (“You” or “Your”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms + Conditions (the “Rules”), as established by Goodr LLC (“goodr”).  You represent and warrant that You meet any eligibility requirements herein. 


  1. Promotion Details: 

    • Promotion Period: The goodr B-day Party Perks Promotion (“Promotion”) begins on March 15, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. PST and end on March 16, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PST (“Promotion Period”).

    • Receive free shipping on any goodr.ca eligible purchase made during the Promotion Period.

  1. Exclusions

    • Combining Discounts: Promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, and/or shipping offers.

  1. Order Fulfillment: goodr reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud; suspected unauthorized resale; and/or any other reason deemed necessary by goodr.

  2. Returns & Exchanges: All returns or exchanges for items purchased during the Promotion will be subject to goodr’s standard return policy.

  3. Out of Stock Items: Promotion is valid only on in-stock items during the Promotion Period. goodr does not guarantee inventory availability.
