As part of our desperate cry for attention, we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the product you purchased. We want you to talk us up to all your friends (who you should totally introduce us to).
To help get you there we offer a 30-day return period on all items ordered on goodr.com with the following caveats:
• Any returned items must be in the same condition as delivered to you, meaning they are unworn, unused, and undamaged (exceptions to damage from bear attacks made on a case-by-case basis)
• Warranty runs from the original purchase date
• All returns must be initiated from original point of sale (i.e. goodr.ca)
• We do NOT accept returns on items that are specifically marked "FINAL SALE."
• We do NOT currently accept goodr.com returns on APO/FPO/DPO
• US returns must be processed through goodr.com
• International orders outside Canada, please contact your regional customer service team.
TO RETURN AN ITEM:
If your item(s) meets the criteria above, visit the Return Center and have the following ready:
- Order number and zip code or
- Email address used at the time of purchase
Once you initiate the return you will be prompted with the next steps on the webpage.
Remember, any original shipping charges will NOT be included in the refund.
We do NOT currently accept returns on any international orders. All International sales are final.
